Taiji Practice

This free virtual session is an opportunity to step into Taiji as a lived, embodied practice. Together, we’ll move through warmups, practice the first five movements of the form, and spend time in discussion to support understanding through felt experience.

If time allows, we’ll conclude by practicing the full 64-movement form as a group.

This session is open to both current students and those new to Taiji. You’re welcome to participate actively or simply observe and sense into the practice. No prior experience is required — only curiosity and a willingness to slow down.
