This free virtual session is an opportunity to step into Taiji as a lived, embodied practice.

 

Together, we’ll move through warmups, practice movements of the form, and spend time in questions/discussion to support understanding through felt experience.

 

This free session is open to both current students and those new to Taiji. You’re welcome to participate actively or simply observe and sense into the practice. No prior experience is required — only curiosity and a willingness to slow down.
