Mindful Winter Evening

 Life often asks us to respond to challenges, to hold steady through change, or to reconnect after periods of disconnection. This practice offers a way to gently return to ourselves—to the place within that is always whole.

We'll start with a centering meditation, move into gentle lengthening, breathwork, and easy qigong/taiji movements to settle us into our centers with a clear mind and neutral heart.
