No prior experience in taiji or Five Element philosophy is necessary—just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

What You'll Gain

 

By the end of this five-week journey, you’ll carry a deeper awareness of your body’s fascial network and the subtle currents of energy that move through it.

You’ll begin to recognize how the qualities of each Element—Earth, Water, Wood, Fire, and Metal—show up in your emotions, your thoughts, and your movements, and you’ll have simple, embodied practices to bring them into balance.

Through mindful fascia release, acupressure, and taiji-inspired movement, you’ll cultivate a sense of spaciousness, ease, and resilience, learning to respond from your stable center of Essence rather than from reactivity.

This is a practice that can support your daily life with grounded presence, clarity, and a quiet, steady connection to yourself.

At the heart of this practice is Essence, your stable and neutral center, the quiet intelligence that holds space for all that arises.

 

Surrounding Essence are your Three Advisors—the physical, emotional, and mental guides that help you interpret the world.

 

The Physical Advisor notices sensations and movement, the Emotional Advisor tunes into feelings and moods, and the Mental Advisor observes thoughts and stories.

 

In this course, you’ll learn to sense how the Advisors respond to tension, stress, or imbalance, and how to let Essence remain steady as the guiding force.

 

With this awareness, movement and release become more than exercise—they become a dialogue with your inner landscape, helping you navigate life with presence, clarity, and grounded ease.
