The Qi of Taiji
The Qi of Taiji is a five-week practice exploring Guang Ping Yang Taijiquan, shaped by philosophy, energy work, fascia activation, and longevity. Through simple postures practiced with care, movement becomes a way to settle the mind, soften the heart, and anchor into the steadiness of our sage center.
These soft, rooted, and relaxed movements release tension and anxiety, regulate the nervous system, and slowly build harmony in each of us.
